Dumbbell Hell err Fun! :)

This is one of my favorite upper body workouts for those days when you don’t feel like moving around too much. All you need is an adjustable bench and some dumbbells and you’re good to go.

A1. DB Bench Press
A2. DB Row
B1. DB Preacher Curl (using incline)
B2. DB Overhead Tri Extension
C1. DB Seated Lateral Raise
C2. DB Rear Delt Raise (prone using incline)
