Dumbbell Hell err Fun! 2.0

This is another one of my favorite upper body workouts for those days when you don’t feel like moving around too much. All you need is an adjustable bench and some dumbbells and you’re good to go.

A1. Incline DB Bench Press
A2. DB Row (prone using incline)
B1. Incline DB Biceps Curl
B2. Lying DB Triceps Extension
C1. DB Front Raise (prone using incline)
C2. Seated DB Rear Delt Raise
